Leap Coaching Group is an executive coaching service that helps leaders reach their full potential, both professionally and personally, and to do what they do best—inspire others. Through routinely scheduled sessions, Leap Coaches work with clients to uncover truths, ask the right questions, set attainable goals and monitor progress along the way. Our confidential, safe and supportive sessions allow clients to zero in on their strengths and weaknesses while achieving the growth they desire.

Doe Kittay
CTI Trained Professional Coach
Doe Kittay works with leaders and individuals to help them become more of who they are on their very best day. She spent her professional formative years at Target Stores as a District Team Leader, where she honed her leadership skills, leading multiple teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment. Her most significant lesson learned was the realization that leaders are only successful when they build a strong team and take time to invest in their growth.
After Target, Doe worked for Grainger, at multiple leadership levels. She finished her corporate career as a company officer leading the Customer Service team of 5000+ people. She built strong teams, helped leaders develop and reach the next level in their performance, and authentically connected with people in a way that defines her coaching practice today.
Doe has a strong desire to continue to work with leaders. She has witnessed the profound ripple effect of leaders’ growth significantly impacting the lives of everyone they serve. She feels that people and relationships matter, and if you take the time to invest in others, good things happen!
Doe is married and has a teenaged son. She is a hockey mom, scuba diver and a diehard Denver Bronco’s fan. Doe calls Colorado home and resides in the Denver metro area.

Kelly Hillier
CTI Trained Professional Coach
Kelly Hillier has been coaching leaders throughout her professional career, helping them to develop and advance to broader roles of leadership. She has enabled them to grow both personally and professionally and helped identify and unlock their leadership potential. She spent the majority of her career as a District Team Leader at Target Corporation, leading multiple teams throughout the Mountain States. Kelly’s passion for people development was honed through her years of leadership and was fueled by the need to ensure future talent was ready for growth.
After Target, Kelly moved to Office Depot, holding multiple levels of leadership. She began as a District Manager and quickly moved to talent development and large market leadership. Kelly progressed to Vice President of the Mid-West Region and led a team of 3000+ people in a sales and service culture. In her last role, she spearheaded the Service Culture Design Team that included a company-wide rollout to the leadership in the company.
Kelly’s passion for coaching and desire to work with leaders of the future is the reason she co-founded Leap Coaching Group. She loves to see what’s possible for all her clients when they are coached to tap into their full capabilities .
Kelly is married and has three grown children. She enjoys hiking, golfing and traveling. She currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
